 Hello, I'm VJ Kim Na-young.
I've been having a concern lately. What do you mean? It's my skin.
I used to be confident about my skin, but due to my busy schedule, I haven't been able to sleep well.
I've been getting pimples a lot, and with the changing seasons, my skin has become very dry and flaky. ㅠ.ㅠ
So yesterday, my manager and I went to Chamjin Oriental Medical Clinic for treatment.
At first, my manager suddenly said he was going to the clinic, so I thought, "I've been feeling a little weak lately. Could you give me some tonics?" I had thought about it, but I just found out there's a Korean medicine clinic that specializes in skin care.
Anyway, I followed my brother to the clinic, and wow! The hospital was so different from my image.
It smelled like herbal medicine (why~ there's a chest of herbal medicines in the back, lol).
I was expecting that kind of atmosphere, but it was surprisingly clean and modern.
It was great.
The nurse was also very kind and welcoming.
^^
Shortly after, I had a consultation with the director about my future treatment.
He said that if I followed the clinic's program diligently, I wouldn't have to worry about my skin.
Heh heh~~~ I'd been so concerned about my skin for so long, so this was a relief...
I thought to myself.
After my consultation with the director, the treatment began on the 5th floor. Women receive treatment separately on the 5th floor, but if the 6th floor feels a bit more modern, well... the 5th floor
has a really feminine feel. I'm usually
very interested in pretty interiors, and the changing room and waiting room all looked like a really pretty cafe. I fell in love with it.
Anyway, I changed into a pink patient gown(?) and followed the nurse
and underwent several tests first. The most memorable test was when they took all ten of my fingerprints and analyzed my Sasang constitution. LOL, I was found to be a Soeum person. Hmm... I just found out yesterday that I'm a Soeum person... I was so amazed at how they could tell from my fingerprints. After about 20 minutes of testing, Finally, I went in for skin treatment. After a gentle cleanse, the director personally treated my acne. Most of my acne was small, the size of millet seeds, on my forehead and cheeks, but there were a few larger ones. She said I should carefully squeeze them to avoid scarring.
I popped a few pimples today, and I was worried it would hurt (sob ^^;;), but
it didn't hurt at all, so I was relieved. ^^ After the treatment, I received a shopping bag full of products, from cleansing products to masks. It was generous
and it was good..^^*
The nurse kindly wrote down instructions in a notebook and explained them thoroughly
and told me to make sure to get a good night's sleep even with my busy broadcast schedule.
I've been so tired that I've fallen asleep without even removing my makeup ^^;;; I'm a little worried because I'll be diligently
taking care of my skin at home starting today, but if my skin gets better, then great~
Fighting, fighting~~
Ah~ and I also got herbal medicine. Haha, it's my first treatment today, but my skin already
seems to be improving ^^
Can I look forward to seeing my skin turn into a beauty in two months?^^
