As many of you know, being a celebrity means having a very irregular schedule.

Sleeping and eating properly are not easy.

Even on busy days, I often have trouble eating two meals a day.

I usually eat once in the afternoon and then have a late-night snack, and I end up eating a lot of spicy food during those times.

Since I usually only get about 2-3 hours of sleep, it's hard to avoid damaging my skin. There wasn't any!

I sweat a lot during dance practice, but I can't wash it off right away, so I think that's what really damaged my skin.
